Plese remove page prefix at default category sortkey on zhwp:

$wgCategoryPrefixedDefaultSortkey = false;

There's a bug that causes problems when wgCategoryPrefixedDefaultSortkey gets changed. (23287).

I'm closing this as WorksForMe (is that correct? Should it be invalid maybe?). The $wgCategoryPrefixedDefaultSortkey setting was removed in 1.17, and acts as if it is always set to false.
