In Tatar Wikipedia (http://tt.wikipedia.org) internal links with postfix (e.g.[[Википедия]]дә) which contains non-russian symbol (in this case 'ә'), are rendered like this: <a href="/wiki/%D0%92%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%BF%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%8F" title="Википедия">Википедияд</a>ә "Википедияд" is a link, and the 'ә' is simple text. Here is an example: http://tt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Кулланучы:Timming/example Would you add some charachters, which are specific only for tatar language, so that the whole word becomes a link. Here are tatar-specific cyrillic symbols: Ә ә Ө ө Ү ү Җ җ Ң ң Һ һ
