The DISPLAYTITLE for a small 'i' isn't being applied there.

If a DIFF page is going to honor DISPLAYTITLE, then we should also decide what to be shown if a DIFF is comparing a change in DISPLAYTITLE; do we want the previous or the new DISPLAYTITLE to be applied in such a diff?

Considering that the text below the diff-view is the rendering of the 'new' revision. I think it'd make sense for the DISPLAYTITLE also to be of the 'new' revision.
