Clicking on the link the page does not include the new thread „[[MediaWiki:Prefswitch-main]]“

After removing the offset parameter it works: MediaWiki:Prefswitch-main]]_3504">http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User_talk:Raymond#[[MediaWiki:Prefswitch-main]]_3504

So I assume the offset is wrong.

Yes, of course. It's also filed as bug 34247 which seems cleared to me.
