Can you still reproduce this in head? I cannot, and given r65387 it's possibly it's resolved now.

Tried to confirm with IE9 and FF17 on http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Internet_encyclopedia&action=edit (can't edit the page on the screenshot) and there was no justification error.

Cannot reproduce in Firefox 16.0.2 (logged in) or Opera 11.02 (not being logged in) on Fedora16 on http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Internet_encyclopedia&action=edit (currently that's version MW 1.21 wmf4) either.
