Description Dashiva 2005-05-23 12:14:16 UTC
The duplicate detection script (collectstats.pl) is not being run, so the "most frequently reported
bugs" link from "enter a new bug" shows nothing.
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2005-05-29 11:15:00 UTC
Ran manually, added to daily cronjob.
Comment 2 River Tarnell 2005-05-29 16:49:01 UTC
does this still only include 2 days of duplicates? that doesn't sound
very useful for us.
Comment 3 Dashiva 2005-05-29 21:22:41 UTC
That is a misunderstanding, the error text isn't clear enough. I made the same interpretation myself.

From the bugzilla report I made (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295134):
> You misunderstand the error message. It means that you have not run the script
> to collect the duplicate statistics (collectstats.pl) either today or yesterday.
> You need to run it. Once you have, the stats will appear.

So basically it generates statistics for all history, but will only use generated statistics files from either today or yesterday.
