That FSRepo on [[mw:Manual:$wgForeignFileRepos]].

It reports that such files exist somewhere (for example, a blue link, and redirect from Special:Search), but on file description pages, it reports, such files don't exist. After I renamed the files (use "_" instead of " "), it works.

I didn't test other special characters.

Does't look like linking [[mw:Manual:$wgForeignFileRepos]] is fixed.

-bugsmash. This is inherent to MediaWiki's underscore-space equivalence. Can't be solve without rewriting Title a bit. There is a bug for that where this can probably depend on.
