See http://translatewiki.net/wiki/File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH2.png and http://translatewiki.net/wiki/File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH3.png I have accidentally uploaded a wrong verion (758 pixels high) as File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH1.png Then I uploaded a new verions (722 pixels high) under the same name, and renamed them to File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH2.png The file page still showed the previous version. I deleted both versions. Then I uploaded thee version (722 pixels high) again. Still, the file page displayed the oldest Version of the file (758 pixels high) Then I uploaded the new version again, now under a new name, File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH3.png I was rendered correctly. Now, the incorrectly rendered version has an additional remark on its file page, saying that, there was another file havin identical content, pointing to the File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH3.png Setting priority to critcal since showing deleted images to the public may leak confidential and private data.
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Newsletter_rendering_problem. shows that, the wrong image is not only shown on the image page, but elsewhere as well.
Mass component change for merge of "File/Repo" and "Images and Files"
Look like a caching problem. I see the 722px version there. Thread:Support/Newsletter_rendering_problem -> The thread you specified does not exist. Note that *currently* File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH2.png and File:Twn-newsletter-web-de-opera-JBH3.png are the same file.
> Thread:Support/Newsletter_rendering_problem -> The thread you specified does not exist. It does exist, only bugzilla creates a wrong link. If you have the error message on your screen, add a period at the end of its URL in your browsers address field, and retry. Then you get it.
Looks like a basic browser caching issue.
