After moving a page the move is listed on the history of that page. But the undo link makes no sense for that entry.

Example: http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=User:Subfader/Open_questions...&action=history

When you click undo your taken to the edit window loading the current version and reading some crap info.

Move rollback link (bug 4433) would unmove the page. Undo link would send you to the page to move it back to the original title.
The problem is detecting moves. Either of them would probably require a schema change.
