By setting __NOINDEX__ and __INDEX__ on one page, the page is in both tracking categories. See URL. I think that is not the best behaviour.

Or it that the right behaviour, because the category should list all pages with NOINDEX/INDEX and not only pages where the magic words change the existing settings?
