Patch for SMW_LanguageHe.php, containing Hebrew month names and 12-hour clock and calendar-preference symbols

The last patch that I included, left copies of the English arrays for m_dateformats, m_months, etc. These needed to be translated into Hebrew. A patch is enclosed. Note that the various month entries will appear in RTL order, consistent with the language; these have been tested in a Hebrew wiki environment with good results.

Apply this patch in order after Patch 6623.

Since the mentioned translations are not required for the calendar models that have been included into SMW, this bug and fix is not relevant for SMW. Closing as INVALID.
