Description T. Gries 2005-05-07 01:33:42 UTC
Because the old proposal ("e-mail address authentication", "EAuthent") has been
abandoned and superseded by "e-mail confirmation", "EConfirm", I renamed all
internal variables and text strings from "authentic*" to "confirm*"and updated
database schema (table user) to reflect this change.

The goal is to avoid confusion in forthcoming versions. Only "e-mail address
confirmation", "confirmed" and "EConfirm" are used and no longer
"authentication" or "authenticated" w.r.t e-mail.

I do not publish a separate patch (patchles);
http://bugzilla.wikipedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=474&action=view of
http://bugzilla.wikipedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454 has this fix already incorporated.

There will be no further patchlets published due to time constraints, for which
I apologise here.
