The pt.wiktionary community has decided that we need a new tab for quotations (like en.wikt has). Therefore I would like to request the creation of a new namespace called Citações (this means "citations" in Portuguese). Other than that I would like to receive, if at all possible, some pointers on how to create such a tab after the namespace is created. I believe it involves changes to the monobook file, but I'm not too sure, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Valdir Jorge (bureaucrat at pt.wiktionary)

I'm doing some shell requests on the side to help Rob out, I'll hopefully get to yours tomorrow.
Done. I also created a talk namespace called Citações Discussão.
