At present it's a very tired job for those user-script devs, because they need to importScript in every skin.js/css to test them. So can we just model after MediaWiki:Common.js/css and make a (maybe) User:Example/common.js/css which all skins can call?

Since now we have a gadget on zhwiki as a workaround, [[zh:MediaWiki:Gadget-mycommon.js]]. But we are still looking forward to the implement in MediaWiki.

I wouldn't call iterating once the skins pasting one line "a very tired job".
