Only one wikipedia project namespace of Bengali wikipedia is a wrong spell.

Under // Wikis (alphabetical by DB name)
    'advisorywiki'  => 'Project',
    ----------
    ----------
    'bnwiki'        => 'উইকিপেডিয়া', this is wrong spell,

it should be   'bnwiki'        => 'উইকিপিডিয়া'
as like       'bpywiki'        => 'উইকিপিডিয়া'

Fixed. Set wgMetaNamespace and wgSitename to "উইকিপিডিয়া"
