tested this on a 1.14.1 (wikia), a private 1.15, and also on 1.16alpha (sandbox at wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3ATutorial_%28Wikipedia_links%29%2Fsandbox&diff=308054565&oldid=308045981)

the 3rd row will be parsed into their value, just like the first one. somehow the include only renders the nowiki inert or something.
