Description Jamie Bliss 2005-04-25 23:37:24 UTC
Under certain circumstances, the header count code will loose track of headers,
so the edit link no longer points at the header it is next to. Generally, it is
just the last one.

The URL is where I last observed this behavior. It may be associated with
hanging '' (italic marks), due to the PHP roots of it.

In this particular instance, the header it is pointing to does not appear in the
parsed document.

This was caused by an open template.

Setting as duplicate of the later report 2375, as it already has a test case and
more discussion.
