On pages with large numbers of links, [[Special:WhatLinksHere]] is currently nonfunctional. Set it to view 500 entries, and click next twice. The first time, it works fine. The second time, it re-loads the same page. Nor, at that point, does it allow you to change number of links you are viewing.

Regardless of the limit, after you've browsed to the second page, the incorrectly generated links do not allow you to navigate to the previous or successive pages.
