According to request no. 17818 there was created "Wikijunior" namespace at pl.wikibooks.org, and it's talk page "Dyskusja Wikijuniora". The pages from mainspace named "Wikijunior:Bookname/Subpage" were succesfuly updated to new namespace, bud their talkpages "Dyskusja:Wikijunior:Bookname/Subpage" weren't - in spite of be moved to "Dyskusja Wikijuniora:Bookname/Subpage" they have vanished - and even we are not able to move them manually.

Sounds like it needs some namespace/title cleanup run.

I also ran namespaceDupes and it all looked good, as well as cleanupDupes, which also looked fine.  Is the issue resolved?  Please let me know.
