When a Page got moved MediaWiki automatically creates a redirect to the new target of the Page. Because usually Pages get moved for a reason the resulting Redirect is deleted immideately. The Issue is that the Redirect is still showing up after several hours and the Move Entry in RecentChanges aswell as in the MoveLog shows blue links for both the target Page (which is correct) AND the Original Location which got deleted already as the Deletion Entry is right above the move Entry in RC. Now to normal users checking the move log or RecentChanges it appears whoever moved the Page forgot to delete the redirect and tags it for deletion using some Javascript Tool which automatically starts editing, adds the code and saves the page to speed up the process. All because the Link was blue and the Page seemed to exist when they watched the page. Problem is that in fact the Page was well lets say semideleted. The tagging for deletion shows up as New page on RecentChanges. I dont know who got the idea of letting redirects still beeing shown after the page got deleted but it just shouldn't be. If a Page got moved and the redirect deleted its for a reason!

I dont think that this one is the same Bug as 15655. The Redirect page (a File Move in the case of the Screenshot) was deleted right after the move but actually still showing as Blue Link and showing the redirect when visited (even though it didnt actually redirect anymore) hours later.
