The Search Server has a default port of 8123. This should be configurable in lsearch.conf with a configuration directive of Search.port=<port#> however this was not properly implemented in the org.wikimedia.lsearch.frontend.SearchServer object, which has a hardcoded default. The attached patch adds the expected behavior, which is the same as in org.wikimedia.lsearch.frontend.HTTPIndexServer. This also removes a (dysfunctional) command line port override feature in favor of the documented behavior.
