When submitting a test case for the AbuseFilter, it dies with a fatal error:

PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.5/extensions/AbuseFilter/AbuseFilter.class.php line 1265:
Call to a member function setVar() on a non-object 

The fatal error only occurs when testing a filter (via Special:AbuseFilter/test), it appears creating new filters does not trigger the error
