Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

When a user creates accounts while logged in, like in the example linked, these account creations do not appear in CheckUser results. Checking the new accounts shows no results, while checking the IP they were created from also does not include these account creations (the only reason I know it is the right IP in this case is because the "[X accounts]" note does work). Presumably, these accounts should show up in the CheckUser results for the account creator, at least, as it is their action.
