Commons image statistics is ~4000 images below the real number.
Please run the appropiate maintenance script (initStats.php?) to update it.

initStats should do it, yes.

initStats has been run against commonswiki.  The statistics should now be updated.

The ss_images counter for Commons seems to be lagging again by about 17000 files.  Would be very nice if someone count run initStats.php again, preferably *before* we break the 5 million files mark (which should happen around August 31 or September 1, if my extrapolation holds).

Ran initStat.php again. 
It is still running and should finish within the next 1/2 hour.
