Action=AgentTicketCustomer doesn't show a list of customer tickets anymore. The "Customer Tickets" section still appears on the page, but it's always empty. The tickets can otherwise be found with Search, but the single click on the right-side email address or Customer link at the top of a ticket was a nice shortcut.
