If versions are deleted and subsequently restored, the article will appear on Special:OldReviewedPages, even if the current version is flagged as sighted. The last few times this happened, the resulting age was also very high.

Note that this can only happen, if the restored revisions are very old and then get a new revid. It is also the case for transwiki imports.
