Currently MediaWiki:Tagline passes all HTML and formatting through literally, which is annoying if you want to only italicize part of the tagline, for example.

Changing summary since there seems to be a trend of changing existing HTML messages to wikimarkup and not creating new ones (security reasons I imagine)
