Hello, A Wikimedia project http://mus.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mvskoke is closed but has still some content. Is it possible for a developer to delete that content. And place a this wiki is closed thingie on it. (For content: http://mus.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AncientPages ) Second: The mainpage has a link to the place where you can ask to reopen this wiki. But no link to the project on incubator (http://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/mus/Main_Page) Can that be fixed so people who visited the site can go to Incubator. Thank you and Merry X-mas. Abigor
For lack of a better summary. (In reply to comment #0) > Hello, > > A Wikimedia project http://mus.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mvskoke is closed but has > still some content. However, adding the link to incubator would be nice, I guess.
Hello Mike, Thanks for changing the subject line. When i wrote the bug I couldn't find a better one. I think it is most important to show a link to Incubator. People who visited mus.wikipedia.org can go to Incubator and contribute there, that give that project more change to succeed. And that would give more people access to free knowledge. The content that isn't delete is not so much of a problem. But I was thinking when the are archived in Google and other search sites, it could be better to show there also the message that the wiki is moved. Abigor
Marking as resolved: - we don't delete content on closed wikis - the "this wiki is closed" sitenotice has been added in 2009
