the aim is to search for titles in other wikis to make more interwiki. It should be less expensive than a full text search in the content. The only way to have something equivalent is to search in google for site:wikipedia.org <something> but it depends on indexing. Could do some test. Another way to wait for this is to have one global dump of "all_titles_in_ns0.gz" whith all the title starting by the language prefix.
http://vs.aka-online.de/globalwpsearch/index_multiline.html is a tool developed by [[de:User:Aka]] It can search titles with the same name in 50 wikipedias with using latin alphabets. You can specify 10 titles in a query. GlobalWPSearch handles redirects and double redirects. If the pages include "known" templates it shows the existence of template disambig, delete, copyvio, interwikiconflict. Please note that interlanguage linking should be "content" and not "title" related. More details are explained at [[en:Wikipedia:Interwiki linking conflicts]] ([[:en:Wikipedia:Template:Interwikiconflict]]). Regards Reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]
