Dear all,

atm, there is only the checkbox:
[ ] Block anonymous users only

Please add
[ ] Prevent account creation


with this option we could block certain types of spambots without blocking the account creation (some do not log in and create accounts)

Also the block options are not shown in the log, and the log breaks if there is more than one action a day and if one has the enhanced rc activated.

Log breakage is likely something separate, and should have a separate bug.
