The interwiki name list which is used to detect interwiki link miss some elements

For the moment it miss :
* Minnan
* Tlh

The Minnan problem is a duplicate of
http://bugzilla.wikipedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115.

Tlh (Klingon) is not a bug. It's disabled on purpose. See
http://mail.wikipedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2004-May/010304.html.

Now it doesn't work for sh: too in fr.wikipedia.org

I believe sh: interwiki links have been disabled as well.
