Please add the acute accent to the word "Словѣньскъ" and the glagolitic spelling of the language name

ѣ́ looks like two separate characters. Is this correct? Or exists a combined character in UTF-8?

In current Unicode Standard (5.1) there is no character for "ѣ" with acute accent combined into one glyph. You can check this in official charts:
