There is no .wikimedia.org gloabal cookie for SUL, because there're some machines in that domain out of WMF control (eg. tools.wikimedia.org).
So wikimedia.org sites are logged autologged independently (one icon for meta, one icon for commons).
However, incubator.wikimedia.org doesn't have "autologging icon" and you need to manually enter you user and password, even if you're logged in on your global account.
