Please activate Extension:NewUserMessage on nds.Wikipedia.

And please set these two variables:

$wgNewUserEditSummary = "Willkamen op de plattdüütsche Wikipedia";
wgNewUserMessageEditor = "Moin!";

Oh, and please set "$wgNewUserMinorEdit = false;" too, so that the user gets notified.

removed "shell" keyword - there's nothing to do on the shell right now.

Remove need-review (already for bug 14311), make it depend on bug 14311.

Review by Tim has taken place. After today's changes only the below configuration setting remains. $wgNewUserMessageOnAutoCreate was not available at the time of request, so requester should probably consider leaving it disabled, or request to have it enabled (also see bug 14124).

$wgNewUserMinorEdit = false;
