In accordance with the pt.wikinews vote, it was decided that the FlaggedRevs extension shall be installed in wiki. With editor status ($wgFlaggedRevsAutopromote['days'] = 30;) for all users. Sysops and crats with acess for reviewrs status. Sysops and crats with acess for add and remove acess, for editor and reviewrs. Thanks
$wgFlaggedRevsAutopromote has a lot of settings. Are you just leaving the others up to the defaults? http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:FlaggedRevs#Automatic_user_promotion
Yep, the others options is for be default.
FlaggedRevs is not currently compatible with DPL. Bug 14943 has been raised to get this resolved.

FlaggedRevs has been enabled on pt.wikinews.org. All should be functioning fine, but the sysops may need to define some settings in the web interface for it. Otherwise it is all set. I am resolving this request. If there are any issues, please reopen.
DB query indicates that some pages are using a custom "precedence/selection" setting for the stable version. This feature should be removed. What is it used for currently?

Currently the special page: stabilization is rarely used, if it is removed, we can survive without it. In any case, the same settings of enwikinews should reflect the choice of quality settings on ptwikinews.
