The font has to be overridden so that I just see the page.

Are you certain you haven't set that font on Internet Explorer or Windows? Or perhaps deleted any other font?
Seems a local issue.

It aint local since the fonts are defaulted to Times and Courier. Changing the
Internet options is actually affecting everythign else in the machine. Wiki is
the only page that comes up this way. All others are fine.
