Description Meno25 2008-05-22 05:22:03 UTC In the English Wikipedia, the special page [[Special:ListGroupRights]] does not specify any associated rights for the Account creators usergroup. Comment 1 Alex Z. 2008-05-22 05:46:17 UTC The accountcreator group is simply exempt from the rate limit and doesn't actually have any rights assigned to it (all it would need is 'createaccount' which every user has). Since the rate limit isn't reported on ListGroupRights, there's nothing to list for it.
