Currently, it is only possible via the log to see who flagged a version, which is confusing to a lot of users who think that the user who created the version is responsible for a flag. This is in my eyes the most significant point of confusion regarding flagged revs ans has led to a lot of questions. 

We suggest that the phrase "[Sighted revision]/[quality revision]" which provides a link to the stable version is replaced by "[Sighted]/[Reviewed] by [Username]", whereas the first links would be the same as now, but the second links points to the userpage of the respective user.
