Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

If you create a image link [[:Image:View.jpg]] to a image that is a redirect to another image on Commons, the link returns a blank page from the local wiki. 

Example: 

Image View.jpg exists on commons, and is not a redirect:
[[Image:View.jpg]] >> Local page:Image:View.jpg with link to Commons:View.jpg

Image View.jpg is a redirect too View_cropped.jpg on commons:
Image:View.jpg >> Local page:Image:View.jpg with no text (not even the normal "No file by this name exists; you can upload it.")
