Description Walter Vermeir 2008-05-06 12:42:39 UTC I would find it usefull if a redirect was created so that the url "otrs.wikimedia.org" points to the OTRS login page. Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2008-05-07 03:09:56 UTC Note that the old URL at http://ticket.wikimedia.org currently forwards to the present location of OTRS; there is not yet an otrs.wikimedia.org domain. Comment 2 JeLuF 2008-05-22 09:19:52 UTC ticket is the better alias, we can keep it even if we decide to use a different product for ticket handling. => wontfix.
