When editing the whole page, the inclusions are linked below the edit window, but this is not the case for section editing. Even listing all inclusions for the whole page would be acceptable.

To clarify, reopen bug 11385 if you feel bug 878 does not address this issue. 11637 and 13845 are unneccesary dupes ^_^
