In October 2004, Wikipedia:Main Page and Wikipedia talk:Main Page were moved by User:Gdans to a title containing a long string of percent-encoded characters, hence the Tinyurl link above (see the last entry in the history of Wikipedia:Main Page). I'd like that page to be moved and undeleted so that it is much easier to trace the move from Wikipedia:Main Page to Wikipedia:Community portal. An edit to that page appears in Timwi's deleted contributions list for February 29, 2004: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:DeletedContributions&offset=20040315050310&limit=250&target=Timwi so it is definitely in the database. It just needs to be easier to retrieve.
Just to make it clear, I would like both the article and the talk page with the bad titles to be moved so they are accessible.
These deleted edits (2 to the subject page, 2 to the talk page) have been renamed to [[Wikipedia:Community_Portal/Long_percent-encoded_broken_title]] and its talk page.
