Hi,
I come from the Tamil Wikipedia (http://ta.wikipedia.org). In the community
there is a consensus that the Tamil Wikipedia should have a Portal Namespace. Currently we have 13,000+ articles Portal Namespace would help the community allot.
Please be kind enough to add a portal namespace to Tamil Wikipedia.
Portal should be translated as வலைசால் and 
Portal Talk should be translated as வலைவாசல் பேச்சு
