I work in russian Wiki, and today all day long I can only get 
to old, not updated pages. After using the "refresh" button it 
seems OK, but when I go to another page - I have to start all 
over again. It seems like I am the only one with this kind of 
problem, so what did go wrong?

If you are looking at recently edited pages, this is a duplicate of bug 1209
(due to database replication lag).
Otherwise it is a caching problem ...
