Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Hello,
I have a problem with saving pages. When I use the save button, the page is generated in the database 
and the liks to it become active. The problem is, that the content is not saved ("There is currently 
no text in this page")! The page is listed in the appropriate Category, but there is no backlink to 
the category (because the page is empty). Trying to save the contents of the page again, a second 
page -with exactly the same name- is generated. This time saving succeeds.

This problem occured the first time after I hab to delete something from the database. It is possible 
that I harmed the consistency of the database? If that is the fact, are there any tools to check or 
even to fix that?
