The api RC Feed doesn't return a user name along with the page details.

  rcprop         - Include additional pieces of information
                   Values (separate with '|'): user, comment, flags, timestamp, title, ids, sizes
                   Default: title|timestamp|ids
(i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=recentchanges&rcprop=user|title)
