We should have a magic word that inserts a table of contents at the point where the word is used, including only the sections after this point (rather than all the sections on that page).

"I would create __FORCETOCNOW__ to show only the sections from the current section to the end of the page (and not from the beginning to the end). Actually, I'm not sure why you would want it! I was just reporting it in the appropriate place.

The link to the description page shows the request by Nukeless...
I'd love to know what's the actual usecase for this.
