wfMsgHtml -> wfMsgExt in PageHistory.php

Languages with complex plurals (like Russian) need magic PLURAL in message "historysize".

I would consider renaming the message too, so that we wont end up with yet another message that is not updated in languages.

Message name not renamed as it would break 60 localizations for a minor improvement only :-/
