Description Angela 2004-12-23 14:31:28 UTC There is no text at the top of the bureaucrat log, and no message to add text there. The deletion log has http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Dellogpagetext but there seems to be no equivalent for the bureaucrat log which just displays <> at the top.
