Proposed patch - adds $wgExtensionCredits, removes the need to download ExtensionFunctions.php

The attached patch removes the need to download ExtensionFunctions.php to use FindSpam extension and also adds the missing $wgExtensionCredits for this extension. I have tested this patch on my installation and didn't find any fatal or parse errors.
